July, 2025.-The start of the summer season on the 5th in this coastal municipality in northwestern Camagüey will bring various activities for everyone to enjoy.
In the morning, a parade will take place from Salvador Cisneros Betancourt Park to the Antonio Ñico López playground, with a lively conga planned, followed by a cultural and sports activity.
On the other hand, the Siempre Joven sports event, the Boxing Championship, the 3x3 Street Basketball Tournament, board games, entertainment, and a giant dance therapy will take place from the headquarters of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba to the Plaza 26 de Julio.
Meanwhile, starting at 6:00 p.m. on the Nuevitas Malecón, clowns and the Clara Narración oral narration company will perform, and at 7:00 p.m., a "Rueda de Casino" (Salsa Round Dance) will take place, as in the rest of the country.
In the popular councils of Camalote, Santa Lucía Beach, and San Miguel, the celebrations for the start of summer are scheduled for the 6th, where it will also be an opportunity to enjoy.
