Nuevitas, 2025.- To provide the locals and visitors a Summer Siempre Joven (Summer Always Young), the activities planned for the upcoming summer were analyzed in this Camagüey municipality.
According to the experts, youth leadership and public opinion must be the main pillars to guarantee the success of each proposal aimed at different age groups.
Achieving a successful implementation of bancarization, ensuring affordable prices, and strengthening national tourism in the Santa Lucía resort are priorities.
Likewise, there is a need to support interconnections between all sectors and increase the promotion and dissemination of activities to inform the residents of Nuevitas.
In the presence of the Camagüey Provincial Recreation Commission, it was also considered that new economic actors should be involved in recreational options.
The celebration for the beginning of summer in Nuevitas includes a marathon on July 5th and a main event at the Plaza 26 de Julio, although other activities will take place in the city by the cultural and sports sectors.
