Nov, 2024.- Cuban youth as a faithful source of the future stands steady before every task. In its soul germinate the will and commitment of an entire people; the warm breeze of the possible demolishes any barrier, the feeling of an age that learns from all generations.
In Nuevitas, young people are protagonists and materialize on a daily basis, coming up with ideas to promote healthy and innovative recreation that moves the most restless at home.
It does not take a day to wake up motivated to hear the crowing of a rooster and the swaying of the waves of the sea; that unique detail lives perennially in the locals of yesterday and today who coordinate the most beautiful youthful history.
But the youth of Nuevitas are not only inserted in the social sphere but also contribute to economic and political development in industry, agriculture and even in non-state forms of work.
We must take care to preserve the youth and the Revolution; the times they are going through deserve a great dose of humility, modesty and courage.
There will always be, as Fidel said, powerful forces to face, inside and outside the country, but it is for young people to triumph, as Martí said.
We will be able to change many things, to gain in efficiency, discipline, control and savings, in more justice and equity, a better Socialism, but as the Commander in Chief warned: "If the youth fail, everything will fail".
Without the vigor, passion and energy of young people, nothing will be possible.
