Sept, 2024.- The specialized jury of the XXXV National Radio Festival, Artemisa 2024, after evaluating the more than 600 works in competition, awarded prizes to four creations from this Camagüey municipality.

According to the official results, published on the Cuban Radio website, in the category of Musical Programs, the program Boleros de mi ciudad, by Marvely Font Roque, won the Grand Prize, and the Prize in the category of Specialized Musical in the treatment of Cuban and/or foreign music.

On the other hand, in Special Themes on the use of heritage in radio production, a Mention was awarded to La Radio mi segunda casa (Radio, my second home), by Yordany Robles Borges.

In the news genres category, the testimony Loba de mar, by Arianna Suárez Torres won an award, while in the Internet productions category, the Radio Nuevitas' 85th Anniversary APK received a mention.

Collaborators, interviewees and radio broadcasters of CMHL combined efforts and talents in their daily work to offer quality communication products to the public, a determination that allowed them to represent the province of Camagüey with dignity and contributed to the harvest of awards in the national contest.
