July, 2024.- The labor of many Cubans is anonymous; an example is Noel Allen Larraque, a man from Nuevitas who for several years made one of the most altruistic contributions.
"I began to donate blood in 1977 after a call from the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution and I contributed to the availability of O-positive blood for patients who needed it".
After 15 donations, carried out regularity to contribute to saving human lives, he was worthy of the Seal of the Drop, a moral stimulus that he keeps with pride.
Knowing that his contribution benefits those who have undergone surgery, pregnant women or other patients is his motivation to continue offering his solidarity.
"It is a noble and beautiful motive, and whenever I can, I am willing to help," he added. The people of Nuevitas thank him and all those who preserve human integrity.
