Nuevitas, Oct 12.- On this municipality to the northeast  of Camagüey the juridical sector, as part of the  insertion of the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Cuba  on the informatization process of the society, develps slowly the transactions action by means of the digital way.

Dignora Pantin Lechuga, juridical tecnician of the Municipal Direction of Justice in the territory, she explained that since end of july are receiving  by means of the electronic www.minjus.gob.cu  Criminal Records solicitudes and Last Wish Action and Inheritors Declaratory.

In the same manner as it maintains the possibility of  do them of presential way on the unity, as previously it conceived, explained she.

The advantage that the new negotiation offers, in addition to that it’s not necessary to appear personally for the petition, the user has a term of 72 lawful hours as soon as send  the solicitude to pick up it  at the Municipal Direction of Justice, which before delayed  until a month.

In case  of solicitude of Last wish Action and Inheritors Declaratory, at the moment of receive it must carry the Death’s Certification and two stamps of five pesos in cuban currency each one, and in the case of Criminal Records solicitudes, a stamp of five pesos  in cuban currency.

The Criminal Records documents only inside of the national  territory are valid and these are not authorizable, that why if you  want  to use this proceeding out of Cuba it must carry out  at the International Juridical  Consulter’s office which is situated in the Camagüey province,explained Pantin Lechga.

She emphasized, that since the moment in which began to develop  this solicitude’s modality by means of the web, has not been significative the Last Wish Action and  Inheritors Declaratory.

To the already available solicitudes on  the web page of the Ministery of Justice it will add on the next months others proceedings, among them birth certifications, marriage and death, which are the documents in the municipality that more solicitudes have.
